The external input filters allow Easy Lexium 16 servo drives to comply with the European directive on EMC (electromagnetic compatibility). The maximum servo motor cable length conforming to IEC/EN 61800-3 category C3 (1) in environment 2 is 25meters. It acts as a support for the drives and is attached to them via tapped holes. It weighs 0.600kg. It is a low-pass filter used to improve noise attenuation (or rejection) in problems of electromagnetic compatibility.
