After purchasing in our store, you have the opportunity to return or exchange the purchased goods within 14 days.

The goods for which the warranty period is established can be returned in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.

Fill out the return or exchange form, which can be found here.
Send the completed form to the manager who sold you the goods or to e-mail b2b@elektrika.lv. Be sure to attach document, that proof your purchase.
Your application will be reviewed within two business days.
Then, you will receive more detailed information on your further actions.
