This PLA version of the Thalassa is a multi-purpose, floor-standing enclosure that is suitable for various applications The enclosure has nominal dimensions of 500mm in height, 1250mm in width, and 320mm in depth It is made of polyester reinforced with fiberglass, providing durability and resistance to harsh environments, including outdoor and industrial settings The enclosure is available in grey (RAL 7035) It consists of two side parts, two plain front doors, and two rear panels, and is designed for easy access to the equipment inside The doors can be opened from both the right and left sides, up to 120°, and feature a two-point lock with a 5mm double-bar insert The doors and rear panels are also removable for maintenance purposes The enclosure offers robust protection against various hazards, including fire, impacts, dust, and water It can withstand fire up to 960°C in accordance with the IEC 62208 standard The enclosure also has an IK10 rating (IEC 62262), indicating high resistance to impacts It is rated IP65 (IEC 60529), offering complete protection against dust and water Additionally, the enclosure has class II electrical insulation to prevent electric shocks and allow for the building of totally insulated solutions It is UL/cUL listed, Veritas certified, and DNV Marine certified, and can be stored in ambient air temperatures ranging from -35°C to 90°C without affecting its performance
