Tap off unit, Canalis KN, for modular devices, 63A, 3L+N+PE, up to 8 modules of 18mm, IP55

This is a 4 poles tap off unit with isolator for Canalis KN busbar trunking with plug-in outlets. It is used for rapid connection of loads or secondary lines in compliance with installation standards IEC 60364 and regulations concerning TT, IT and TNS earthing systems. This tap off unit for modular devices (not provided) accepts up to 8 devices of 18mm width (iC60 type). The rated operational current is 63A. The rated operational voltage is from 230VAC to 500VAC 50/60Hz depending on protective device. Mounting by plug-in with fixed polarity. The tap-off unit polarity is 3L+N+PE, disconnection by opening the tap off unit cover. Door/cover could be open right side. Tap-off unit cover can be lead sealed to prevent circuit breaker switching by unauthorised persons. It is suitable for TT, IT, TN-S and TN-C earthing system. The colour is white RAL 9001. Blanking plate is provided, MCB circuit breaker have to be ordered separately. It provides IP55 protection degree conforming to EN/IEC 60529. It provides IK08 mechanical impact degree conforming to EN/IEC 62262. It is compliant with IEC 61439-1 and IEC 61439-6. It is compliant with Schneider Electric Environmental Data Program (RoHS, REACh, Product Environmental Profile, End of Life Instructions).
